The techincal stuff…

If supplying Artwork, it is preferred as a PDF document with all fonts embedded.

If supplying EPS files, please outline or convert fonts to curves.

Please contact us if help is required.

See Templates and Info page for more artwork setup information.

Once we receive your artwork, it will be checked for printing usability, obvious mistakes and other issues which could effect the quality of your printing. It is not checked for spelling mistakes but we will let you know if we spot one!

Your order will then be processed.

If there are issues, we shall contact you regarding your supplied file(s).

We also offer a file fixing service to amend your file(s) to a print ready file.

If this is purchased (£5 charge) a PDF proof will be sent back for your approval of the amended file before processing your order for printing.

Please Note: (screen proofing for colour is not 100% guaranteed, as your

pdf file is cmyk colour profile and your computer screen is RGB.

Finally, please confirm proof acceptance in an email with your order details.

If you require a design, then you can purchase one of the many artwork packages available. All we require is some information for your design, sent via an email. Please see ‘Artwork Packages’.
